Because many of our products are custom made or personalised, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it. However, if something is not quite right, we are here to help.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to find a fair and appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, correction or other resolution where applicable.
Cancellations
Please note that we are generally unable to offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind purchases
- Incorrect product selection
- Errors in engraving details supplied by the customer
As most of our products are custom engraved or made to order, they cannot be resold once personalised.
That said, we understand mistakes can happen. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to assist and resolve the matter fairly.
